October Saturday Group Runs - Registration OPEN

Fall is HERE! We can expect some cooler temps and some beautiful fall foliage for our runs. As always, RRKC group runs are ongoing. This October we have three official Saturday group runs Oct. 7 and 14th starting from CVS North and a costume run in Westport with group breakfast afterwards on the 28th. Due to the KC Marathon, we will have an "unofficial run" (map only provided) on the 21st at the Starbucks in the Prairie Village Shops. We encourage you to plan with your pace group buddies some water stops along this course map (TBA) or carry your own water. 

If you can join us to cheer for the KC marathoners at the Get Laid RRKC Awesomest Cheer Station Ever, we would love to have you. We are looking for volunteers for supplies, set up, break down and of course cheerleaders. Please contact Coach Amy at info@roadrunnerskc.com.

Phoenix Rising Winter Session I

Grab your sweat towels and lube up the abs...The Phoenix rises again in November - just in time for Winter conditioning. Enjoy six weeks of endurance sport specific strengthening for your off season development. Great for runners, cyclists and triathletes!

Classes are taught by physical therapist and running coach, Amy Parkerson-Mitchell and held at the CoachAmyPT clinic. 

Must be age 18 yrs. or older. Class size is limited.

Fall Speed Session - Registration is OPEN

Last Tuesday we wrapped up our summer speed session and now it's time for the fall session to begin! The session is 6-weeks long and begins THIS Tuesday Sept. 19th - Oct. 31st. Details HERE

Those running Chicago and KC marathons, your workouts will be adjusted for taper and for recovery after your race, so do NOT worry that this 6-week long session occurs around your race. You WILL have something to do :)
