Turkey Day Bloat?


Work off your post Turkey Day bloat this weekend with a long run and a Sunday Strength Circuit at Sport+Spine. Our last training run of the season is THIS Saturday. Dynamic stretching starts at 6:45 a.m. and the run gets underway at 7:00 a.m. We will be set up for 10 miles and starting from Sport+Spine.We know that most of you will be out of town, so please RSVP for the run so we can prepare accordingly. Strength circuit is led by Coach Amy, 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Sunday. Wear running shoes. Class is $15.00 for a drop in.
