Run Clinic Fall Session 1: Burners and Form

We will learn to run with lactate build up in the muscles and challenge VO2Max with efficient run form. Sound like gibberish? Coach Amy will explain. Meet at Leawood Park at the Gazebo just South of the pool parking lot where there is a pond and fountain with a trail going around it :) This gives Coach Amy perfect sight lines to watch your form. Bwahahahaha!
