Run Clinic: It's a Hill: Get OVER it.

Meet at Indian Creek Drive and Nall on the West side. Learn to make the most out of your hill form and teach your body to “see no hill, feel no hill.” Participants will run timed hill repeats that are personalized to their current running foundation and goals. e.g. 4-8 reps of anywhere from 30 sec - 2 min. Bring your own hydration. Registration is required.
