Run Clinic March 2017
Coach Amy presented Running Form Head to Toe Techniques for Efficiency and Injury Prevention to the local endurance athlete community last weekend. Participants practiced various techniques and we are hearing amazing results from them a week later. Three have reported back with decreases in pace at 1 min/mile faster. Josie said, "Just completed my first run since the clinic...I reviewed my notes and recited 'rock the baby, rock the baby' over and over...I just knocked out my fastest and more importantly comfortable mile...Garmin even told me 1 new record (fastest mile) and new VO2 max detected. Which means...You [Coach Amy] rocked my baby!"
