Put on your Poker Face

You've been working hard all season long and it's time to take it down a notch, celebrate your efforts and recover for the challenging weeks ahead. To do so we are going lighten up and play poker during our 10 mile run this week. Run starts at 7:00 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 20th Shawnee Mission North High School. Breakfast at RJ's barbecue afterwards.

Want some Speed?

Meet at Roe Park, Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 6:00 PM. We will start with a warm-up, explosive drills and mix run specific strengthening with intervals. Bring your own water or sport drink. Water fountains are available at the park.

PB Runners Place 5th in Age Divisions

Michelle A Broadway Bridge Half

Woohoo! Both Michelle A. and Mo placed 5th in their respective age divisions at the Broadway Bridge Half marathon this past Sunday! Michelle decided to run the Broadway Bridge Half the day before the race - woke up at 4:45 AM and went to register. Now that is last minute! Way to rock it out PB.

Picture Day Long Run

Brush your teeth, wear PB gear and paste a big fat smile on your face Saturday morning; it is group picture day! We are meeting at Shawnee Mission North High School at 6:30 AM. We have plans to set up for 20 miles but depending on how the training schedules shake out this weekend, the distance is subject to change.
