Saturday Group Run

Last run of the spring session is here! Meet at Sport+Spine at 7:00 a.m for 10 miles. Coach Amy will not be there to let folks in to the clinic before the run, so you may want to make your potty stop on the way or at the gas station at 103rd and Marty. Updates on the end of season party, free summer runs, hospital hill aid station and the fall session are coming soon!

Boston Update

BAA is offering a guaranteed qualified spot to 5,633 runners whose race was interrupted by the bombings in 2013 race. They will have to pay the entry fee. This may increase the challenge for this year's qualifiers to attain a spot in the 2014 race. 

Hospital Hill Cheerleaders

Join us to cheer on the running community and our own PB runners as they run the hills of KC.

Meet at Broadway and Westport Rd. at 6:45 a.m. June 1st

We need a few items to make our aid station a success. Please bring sliced oranges (pre-slice them at home and package in zip lock bags), ice and/or frozen pospsicles. We also need a trash can with lined bag, a rake and dust bin. RSVP to kcrunning@hotmail.com. Other items: water sprayers and signs.

PB Update - Saturday

We will be set up for 10 miles on the trails starting at Shawnee Mission Park - meet at the marina at 7:00 a.m. Click here for a map of the park. Good luck to all those running in the Corporate Challenge Half on Saturday morning!

Hill repeats Wednesday Night

Hospital Hilly Runners: this is your last set of repeats before the race! Meet at 6:00 p.m. Next week is a round of intervals and then its taper time. Please note, speed work was originally scheduled for May 29th, but this has been cancelled as Coach Amy will be recovering from surgery.
