UltraMax Grand Opening Events on Saturday

After our group run and breakfast this Saturday, check out UltraMax in Prairie Village as they celebrate their grand opening! At 10:00 a .m., several vendors will be present and a free natural running clinic is planned. Coach Amy advises that you consult your running coach/physical therapist before making any changes to your running form! Hospital Hill and Grandma's. Those working on running form or wanting to run a few miles around Roe or along the trail, please join us! Check your membership packet for your individual training schedule.

Saturday LONG Run

We will start in beautiful Brookside this Saturday at 6:30 a.m. We will be set up for 22 miles. See you there!
