Hill Repeats Wed Night
/Calling all Hospital Hill and Grandma's Runners! Hill work starts at 6:00 p.m. Wed. night. Check your training schedule for details on your specific workout.
Those racing Cows this coming weekend- I don't recommend hill repeats this week, however you can come do some pick ups along the trail!
Meet at the base of the hill at Nall and Indian Creek Drive. We are NOT meeting at Roe Park for hill repeats. You can park along Indian Creek Drive between Nall and Lamar OR you can park in the lot where Indian Creek Dr. dead ends (E side of Nall).
More Congrats!

Way to go John for finishing the Free State Trail Run half on April 21st. Big applause to Mike B. on his finish of the OKC marathon last weekend! And also to those who ran in Nashville this past weekend: Stacie's big 2.62m run - hey that's an accomplishment when you are coming back from an injury! Sherise, Aaron and Amy finished the half and Doug, Tim, Kevin and Cris knocked out a hilly and hot full. Congrats to all!
