August 7th Run - Meet and Greet

Our first run of the fall season is Saturday, August 7th at 6:00 a.m.
We will meet at Johnny's Tavern at 83rd and Mission. Please arrive 15 min. before start time for check in and announcements. The route will be set for up to 18 miles - out and back as always - you go as far as you need to for your training.
Meet and Greet - your mission on this run is to make a new friend. Come back to home base with a name and at least one morsel of information about your newest buddy!
Registered members can access a course map (This Week's Run) the training schedules on the members only site.

Packet Pick-Up Tonight

Packet Pick-up is tonight, August 5th at Metro Walk and Run from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Stop by and meet our newest members and catch up with those you haven't seen all summer.
Haven't registered yet? You can do so at packet pick-up!
PB car decals (NEW!), technical shirts and caps will be for sale. You will also have the opportunity to check out some PB clothing samples. Metro is offering 25% off shoes for PB members tonight so wear or bring some socks.
Stay after pick-up for orientation from 7:00-7:30 - this is important for new members. This will be followed by the Runner's 101 Clinic - a must for new members, new runners and a good review for returning runners who want a little update.
