Springing Up

PB Archives RTP 2014
Things are springing up in KC and spring races are among them! Our long run this weekend, March 14, is at 7:00 AM Brookside tennis courts for max distance of 10 miles. This is a "down" weekend to allow for the all important recovery phase from our recent climbs.

Intervals are back at Roe Park at 5:30 PM on Tuesday night, March, 17th.
