Saturday Long Run October 11th

October 09, 2014/ Amy Parkerson-Mitchell

We will be set up for 18 miles on Saturday morning. Start time is 6:30 AM at Urban Table. Your goal this weekend is to continue to simulate your race. Breeze through the aid stations and run the middle 50% of your planned distance at goal pace. Be there or be square!
