Hill Repeats August 26th

We are going to train your body to do it right. You will feel the positive effect of hill training during your very next hilly long run. You will lose less speed up hill recover faster at the top. Hill repeats kick the booty into shape too- a very key muscle in running power. So, don't miss out!

Meet at 6:00 p.m. at the base of the hill at Nall and Indian Creek Drive. You can park along Indian Creek Drive between Nall and Lamar OR you can park in the lot where Indian Creek Dr. dead ends (E side of Nall).
