Boehm Breakfast Run this Saturday!

Janet and Bob Boehm

This Saturday's long run starts at the IHOP in Shawnee at 6:30 a.m. We will be set up for 22 miles. Head to the Boehm household following your run for a FREE breakfast. Janet's whipping up some yummy proteins and carbs for us to enjoy. Maps to their home will be provided at the run.
