PB This Week

Only two weeks left in the fall program! For this week's announcements and details on Saturday's long run: go to Members Only.

Scary Underwear Meets Cat in the Hat

Thanks for dressing up and joining us for the costume run on Saturday! Nina enjoyed handing out glow bracelets to all of us at the one mile. Those of you who forgot to dress or rolled out of bed late...there is always next year!

Dr. Dave as Cat in the Hat, Coach Amy turned cheerleader and 1960's Allison, Super Girl Amy S., Michele clowning around with Super Sam.

Coach Amy, Dr. Jeff as a runner, Bob in his Olympic torch outfit and Clint as first baseman. Our very own Nancy and Sam model the latest in marathon undergarments!

Speedwork Location and Time Change

It is getting dark very early, so to keep our training safer we will be meeting at Roe Park (NOT Shawnee Mission Park) at 5:30 p.m. for our pace run this week. The trail will be marked for 3 miles. Check your training schedule for your distance.

See you there!

Two Left Feet

Guess who came to intervals with two left feet?

First person to guess correctly gets to present our special left footed runner with an award at the end of season party on Dec. 5th :)

Run Lit Fun Run

Mark your calendars for another PB event!

Wrap yourself in Christmas lights and join us for an easy 4m fun run that will include the Vince and Associates light show. Those who run too fast will be bombarded with snowballs - if there is any snow! Bring a running friend and show them what PB is all about.
