Tim Wins Most Unusal Trash Trot Find

Tim Roush with his winning find.

Thanks to all who braved the sticky beer cans and participated in cleaning up Westport this weekend on the Trash Trot run, even if it was for just a few miles!

Tim ran up Jarboe towards home base with a television as the neighbors gave him weird looks. He also picked up a hubcap and ran with that for a bit before dropping it in a trash bin. Congrats Tim! And a special thanks to Greg Shaw for placing the television in its final resting place.

Saturday Sept. 18th Trash Trot

Good Morning Runners!

The forecast is for temperatures between 68 and 77 degrees during our run this morning. There is also a potential for thunderstorms. Currently the run is on, but if thunderstorms do roll in, the run will be canceled or cut short.

Stride Clinic to be Rescheduled

Either this Thursday isn't a good night or the topic isn't hot enough right now, so the stride clinic scheduled for this week is canceled. If there is enough interest, we will try again in the future.

See you bright and early Saturday morning!
