Improve your performance with speed training and run specific strengthening sessions. These are scheduled in 6-8 week blocks throughout the year. Workouts vary and may include run specific strengthening, running drills, hill training and a variety of speed training workouts such as fartleks, intervals, supersets and more.

Sessions are held Tuesday evenings at Roe Park, Leawood Park or Nall Hill off Indian Creek Dr. Due to the nature of these, we cannot accommodate drop-ins.
