Improve your performance, efficiency, run form and run strength with RRKC speed training led by Coach Amy. Workouts are personalized to goals and include dynamic warm-up, running drills, hill training and a variety of speed training workouts such as fartleks, intervals, supersets and more.


Sessions are held Tuesday evenings in a variety of locations including Shawnee Mission East HS track, Franklin Park, CoachAmyPT clinic, Roe Park, Leawood Park or Nall Hill off Indian Creek Dr.


Due to the nature of the training, we cannot accommodate drop-ins and class size is limited to 12 athletes.
