Last Tuesday we wrapped up our summer speed session and now it's time for the fall session to begin! The session is 6-weeks long and begins THIS Tuesday Sept. 19th - Oct. 31st. Details HERE.
Those running Chicago and KC marathons, your workouts will be adjusted for taper and for recovery after your race, so do NOT worry that this 6-week long session occurs around your race. You WILL have something to do :)
