RRKC group runs are on-going! Registration is open for May - August 2017. Our goal in May is to recover and maintain a base with 10-mile group runs. You are welcome to run longer, but please be aware that course aid stations could be picked up as early as 9:00 a.m. We will start from the brand spankin' new CoachAmyPT clinic.
In June, we will ramp up mileage as we build for the fall marathon season! For details on long runs and other RRKC events go HERE. Please note, there is no group run on June 3rd as we will be out cheering on KC area runners at Hospital Hill. Register for long runs HERE.
