Take care of yourself during the off-season with a little active recovery through yoga! Registered dietitian and yoga teacher, Karlee Golightly, will lead three 60-minute classes to help you restore and prepare for your upcoming season. Each class in this 3-week series will promote flexibility, relaxation, and functionality of movement in your sport. While no class will be exactly the same, each will focus on your tight spots through the hips, low back, and shoulders. Space is limited!
