Fall session begins Saturday, July 30th and we are busy behind the scenes planning the best RRKC season yet. We are making a few changes this fall. In an effort to accommodate as many races and runners as possible, we ask that you please pop us an e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the following by this Saturday, July 16:
- your planned race(s)
- weekends you will NOT be training with us
- whether or not you will be doing speed/strength sessions with us on Tuesday nights
