It is springing up! That means our 6:30 a.m. start will be back in the dark. so remember your reflective gear. It looks like the temps are going to be perfect for running long with a chilly start. Wear layers you can peel off.
FYI, our long run course has decreased from a 22 mile to a 20 mile course. This is another great opportunity to try out new race gear and experiment with nutrition. Meet at the Brookside tennis courts.
