Run with friends and support. Starting November 2017, RRKC is offering monthly membership and a menu of options in order to support your run goals all year long. There are 3 ways to join: attend group runs, attend speed/strength work, and get individual coaching. Choose 1, 2, or all 3!
Get your group run on with RRKC on Saturday mornings. You will find support every Saturday except for holidays or in the event of inclement weather or unsafe course conditions. Monthly passes allow you to attend any group run for that calendar month. Most months have 4 runs, but some have 3 or 5. Buy a single day to drop in anytime. Improve your performance, efficiency, run form and run strength with RRKC speed training led by Coach Amy. Workouts are personalized to each athletes' goals and experience level. Workouts include dynamic warm-up, running drills, hill training and/or variety of speed workouts such as fartleks, intervals, supersets and more.
Sessions are held in a variety of locations in the Prairie Village, Overland Park and Leawood. Tuesday evenings 6:00 PM, August 14-October 30, 2018.
Due to the nature of the training, we cannot accommodate drop-ins and class size is limited to 12 athletes.

Run safely and maximize your performance. Coach Amy recommends a custom training plan. Your plan is unique: Coach Amy considers your goals and your running history including prior injuries and training.
Your plan is dynamic as Coach Amy can adapt it with you depending on your progress. Plans include consistent coaching support via e-mail communication. Post your workouts on Daily Mile and receive feedback, tips and changes to your plan.
