Supported races for fall 2015 include NYC, Chicago, Indianapolis and Kansas City marathons as well as the Kansas City and Indianapolis half marathons. Other races can be accommodated.
Below is the planned long run distance for our first run and the ideal total weekly mileage for each of the supported races. If you are behind and cannot safely get to that distance by August 1st, please contact Coach Amy firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP so she can help get you on track.
Planned Long Distance August 1, 2015
Chicago, NYC, Indianapolis and KC full: 16 miles, total weekly mileage 31-43 miles.
Indianapolis and KC half: 6-8 miles, total weekly mileage 18-25 miles.
