PB Springing Up this Week

Meet Saturday, March 21st at Brookside tennis courts, 6:30 a.m. We will be set up for 20 miles with a 10 mile loop that covers a good portion of the Rock the Parkway half marathon course.

Put some spring into your run, literally, at our speed work session on Tuesday, March 24th with plyometric drills, functional exercises and repeats. Meet at Roe Park at 5:30 p.m.
