Fall races are right around the corner and just about everyone is pushing their distance this weekend. We will be set up for 20 miles. Meet at Brookside tennis courts at 6:30AM. Your goal is to run the middle 50% of your planned distance at goal pace.
Minimize your time at the aid stations so your body can start to adapt to the time you will spend at aid stations during a race. You should also be testing out your running gear (clothing, fuel belts etc.) and continuing to test out different fuels to see which one works best for you. Now is the time to experiment!
