Are you ready to kick some gluteus maximus? You will feel the positive effects of hill training immediately with an increase in speed up hills and a faster recovery at the top. We will start out with a small number this week and every other week advance until we reach 8 - 10 repeats!
Meet at 6:00 p.m. at the base of the hill at Nall and Indian Creek Drive. You can park along Indian Creek Drive between Nall and Lamar OR you can park in the lot where Indian Creek Dr. dead ends (E side of Nall).
