Increase your hill repeats by two and if this is your first hill session, start with four repeats after the warm-up. Cool down is one mile. Meet at SW corner of Nall and Indian Creek Drive. You can park along Indian Creek Drive between Nall and Lamar OR you can park in the lot where Indian Creek Drive dead ends (E side of Nall). Enjoy the after glow and glute strength you will gain!
