We had a slippery start to the first run of the session. Many of you took appropriate precautions by slowing your pace and shortening your stride. Because you ran with a slightly different form, you may be sore in different areas then you are used to! Expect for that to subside or be significantly improved by Tuesday of this week. If not, please contact Coach Amy.
Next Saturday's run location is changing due to a conflict with the Battle of the Bean 5K race. We will NOT meet at Foos. Instead, meet at the CVS North location across from Big Biscuit - check your member handbook for directions. Start time is 7:00 a.m. and the course distance is 10 miles.
Maps are now available via Garmin Connect so you can check out the course before your arrive on Saturday. If you are a PB member and sign up for Garmin Connect, please e-mail Howie with your user name so he can accept you.

Please note, Coach Amy's family is currently dealing with a medical emergency. If you are expecting training plan changes, these may not come to you until later this week. In the meantime, follow the rule of 10%. Do not increase your total weekly mileage by more than 10% or your long run distance by more than 2 miles.
