Running specific strength training involves coordination, balance and strength with gait mimicking maneuvers.

In order to be ready for the spring 2014 race season, you should begin strengthening now and for certain by the start of the new year! 

Coach Amy's Sunday training currently emphasizes general all body functional strength and will gradually progresess to run specific training over the course of the spring. Class is held at Sport+Spine 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Sundays. For questions, contact Coach Amy at kcrunning@hotmail.com.
