Training schedules will be provided for the races below. FargO fast and flat is our group race "dOntcha knO." Click on the logos to visit the respective race websites. Other races can be accomodated.
Those training for a half marathon should be consistently running long runs of 4+ miles by the start of the PB session. Fulls should be running 10+ miles.
If you are planning for your first half or full marathon, please contact Coach Amy so she can assist you with your off season training plan and make sure you are ready.
