We are meeting at CVS 95th and Nall for one more weekend. This course will be set up for 20 miles. Start time is 6:30 a.m. The heat is returning so please be sure to stop at every water stop - do not wait until you feel thirsty. Listen to your body and don't hestiate to cut a run short. Decrease performance and speed is normal in higher temperatures so adjust your time goals.
