FREE Summer Runs 2013

Stay running FIT for FREE with Personal Best
PB is pleased to offer another round of free summer runs for the local running community. This is a great way to maintain your running fitness between programs and crucial if you are building base mileage for an early fall race.

Our free runs are set up for 10 miles* and are fully supported with flags, maps and aid stations every two miles. No coaching is available for free runs.

Saturdays @ 6:30 a.m.
June 8-29: Sport and Spine, 105th and Marty
July 6-27: Metro Walk and Run, SW corner 95th and Metcalf 
August 3: Sport and Spine, 105th and Marty

*Summer runs are coordinated by volunteers. If you need to run over 10 miles, please get your extra mileage in before the run starts so our volunteers can break down the course and return to their families.
