Training schedules are available to members only. Not a member? It's not too late to join us.
The password for Members Only is on the Welcome Page of the PB handbook. Can't find your race? No problem, coach Amy can modify a training schedule to fit your needs. Be sure to read Explanation of Schedules in your handbook before you choose one. If you are not running within 10% of the total weekly mileage or within 2 miles of the long run distance for the first week, Coach Amy will modify your schedule. This is crucial to avoiding injury. If you are not using a PB schedule and your long runs do not coordinate well with the long run schedule for the spring session, no worries! Coach Amy can modify your schedule so it is in better alignment.
