With so many runners recovering, tapering or racing this coming weekend, we may adjust the distance planned for Saturday's run from 16 miles to 10 miles and we are cancelling intervals on Wed. night. If you are planning to be at the run on Saturday, please RSVP with your planned distance by Monday evening so we can create a course that will accommodate the majority. Coach Amy will be attending a foot and ankle continuing ed course on Saturday and will not be present at the run. If you have any training questions please contact Amy this week.

Headed to the Gobbler Grind trails are Mo and Ethan for the full, Greg for the half and Allison will help Kaleb finish his first 5K. Kevin, Pat and Allison P are flying south to complete the Tulsa full...go get em' PB!
