Due to the running of the KC marathon, there will be no organized group run on October 20th. We encourage you to head out and support the running community at the KC marathon either by volunteering at an aid station (choose station #15, first shift to help out our friends at Metro Walk and Run) or cheering on all the runners, particularly our PB friends! If you have a long run on your training schedule we recommend meeting with your running partners early Saturday before the marathon or better yet swapping your Sat/Sun schedule and running long on Sunday. Please contact coach Amy if you need help with your training schedule.
