We are flying South for the run this Saturday AND we get to sleep in AND we get to eat a yummy breaktast! This week's supported long run is a 10 mile loop followed by a group breakfast at 9:00 a.m. in the delicious Breakfast Nook. Our run start time is 7:00 a.m. with dynamic stretching beginning at 6:45 a.m.
FYI, even though this is a scheduled down weekend, you are welcome to stay out and run a double loop as our trusty volunteers have all agreed to leave the course flags and aid stations out extra long for us! Yay. Please note, coach Amy will stop driving the course at 9:00 a.m., but will have phone in hand if you need to reach her.
