Personal Best's FREE informal run program begins 6:30 a.m., Saturday June 9th. Flagged and fully marked courses are 10 miles (out and back 5 miles) and include a map and aid stations every 2 miles. They are hosted and supported by volunteers. Coaching, intervals, clinics and training schedules are not a part of our free run programs. Grab your friends and make new ones as you stay in shape during the off season. Then join us for our fall program starting August 4th! Runners of all shapes and speeds welcome!
Summer run schedule:
Saturdays, June 9th - July 14th, Ultra Max, Prairie Village, 6:30 a.m.
Saturdays, July 21-28th, Sport + Spine, Overland Park, 6: 30 a.m.
