Hill repeats build strength and just plain make running hills easier. Come and get it Wednesday, 6:00 p.m. Check your training schedule for details on your specific workout. Hospital Hill and Nashville - you are up.
Those racing Rock the Parkway or OZ this coming weekend- I don't recommend hill repeats this week, however some pick ups along the trail are a great idea!
Meet at the base of the hill at Nall and Indian Creek Drive. We are NOT meeting at Roe Park for hill repeats. You can park along Indian Creek Drive between Nall and Lamar OR you can park in the lot where Indian Creek Dr. dead ends (E side of Nall).
