Strengthen your UP hill muscles Wednesday, 6:00 p.m. Check your training schedule for details on your specific workout. Hospital Hill, Grandma's and those doing Heartland you are UP.

Those racing Nashville this coming weekend- I don't recommend hill repeats this week, however some pick ups along the trail are a great idea!

Meet at the base of the hill at Nall and Indian Creek Drive. We are NOT meeting at Roe Park for hill repeats. You can park along Indian Creek Drive between Nall and Lamar OR you can park in the lot where Indian Creek Dr. dead ends (E side of Nall).
