Tuesday Night Run - October 25th
Speed work begins at 5:30 p.m. with a mile warm-up. Those on recovery runs or just coming out for a longer run, head E or W out of the park on the trails or do laps at Roe (distance around is 1/2 mile). Bring a Garmin of you plan to take the trails.
Water provided. Bring your own sports drink.
