Time to pick UP the pace with some speed work!
It takes around four speed sessions for the body to adapt and benefit from speed training. If you have built base mileage and are running healthy, join us!
Tuesday, September 13th, 6:00 p.m. at Roe Park (103rd and Roe). Water is provided. Please bring your own sport drink(s). See the Speed Work Fall 2011 schedule on line or in your membership packet.
All PB runners welcome! If your race is later in the season you can join us for modified intervals or go for a run/walk around the park or along the trail.
Chase your interval workout with some good friends, beer and other yummy carb replacements at the Fox and the Hound following intervals.
