Tuesday, September 20th, 6:00 p.m. at Roe Park (103rd and Roe). Water is provided. Please bring your own sport drink(s). See the Speed Work Fall 2011 schedule on line or in your membership packet.
All PB runners welcome. If your race is later in the season you can join us for modified intervals or go for a run/walk around the park or along the trail.
