Summer is the perfect time to start a strengthening program for your fall race(s). StudioPB classes are designed by a physical therapist especially for endurance athletes: cyclists, runners and triathletes. Quality of movement is stressed in these classes. Our early summer session begins this Sunday, May 29th.
