Speed work this week is hill repeats. Meet at Roe Park at 5:30 for a warm-up. We will then head up to Nall hill for some plyometric work and repeats.
Those of you recovering from a marathon, if you are two weeks out, you can join us for run around Roe and along the trails. Advanced marathoners three weeks out can do fartleks.
