Hill Repeats Repeated.
We are back on schedule with hill repeats again this Tuesday, March 8th.
Meet at Roe Park at 5:00 p.m. We will warm-up and head East on the trail towards Nall hill for plyometrics followed by repeats on Nall hill. Check your training schedule for details on your specific work out.
