Even if you aren't training for a hilly race, hill repeats are a great way to build lower extremity strength and recruit muscle fibers that you use for speed. It is also a great way to break up your running routine! Join us at Roe Park at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22. We will warm-up around the loop and head over to the hill for plyometrics and repeats.
