Runners need a strong core and long, lean muscles to run efficiently and to help prevent injury. The core is not just comprised of the abdominal muscles; it includes the entire torso from the shoulder girdle through the hips.
Lovingly nicknamed the "hurt locker", Studio PB will challenge your muscles to the max with low weight, high repetition exercises that build long, lean muscles and a strong core as well as balance and agility - perfect for the distance runner. Every class is different, so you'll never be bored and your muscles will constantly be challenged!
