Get ready to work the hill!
We are well into building our base and it is time to start the sharpening phase of training. Many of you who are running early spring races have already started on your own.
This Tuesday, March 1st PB's formal speed work training begins, and we will start with hill repeats.
Benefits of hill repeats:
- Improve leg strength
- Increase cardiovascular stamina
- Increase mental toughness for hilly races
