Amy Parkerson-Mitchell, certified running coach, will review the basics of training for a half or full marathon including schedules, running apparel, nutrition and race planning.
This clinic is great for runners new to the sport, those running their first half or full marathon, or those returning after a break. The experienced runner wanting a refresher or information on current trends will also benefit.
